KokoConvert provides free online file conversion tools for PDF, image, audio, and video files. We offer both client-side (browser-based) and server-side processing depending on the tool.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or attack our servers
  • Use automated scripts to abuse our service
  • Convert files that you do not have the right to process
  • Use our service to infringe on intellectual property rights

4. File Ownership

You retain full ownership of all files you upload and convert. We do not claim any rights to your content. Files are processed and deleted — we do not retain copies.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep KokoConvert available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

6. Limitations

  • Maximum file size: 5 MB for most tools, 100 MB for video tools
  • Maximum 20 files per upload for batch tools
  • Rate limiting applies to prevent abuse

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

KokoConvert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversions will be perfect or that output files will meet your specific requirements. Always keep backup copies of your original files.

8. Limitation of Liability

KokoConvert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our service, including but not limited to data loss or file corruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
